At this workshop, in collaboration with the Adecco group, you will meet people from a variety of disciplines to discuss how to empower your people to tackle new challenges and build a culture of engagement in your team and organisation.
The workshop will feature case studies of REI-funded projects that illustrate the way that refugees around the world have faced seemingly insurmountable challenges, and what companies can learn from them.
The workshop will be bilingual and it will offer plenty of practical takeaways that will help you transform your company’s culture.
