Sarah studied Psychology and Biology at the University of Aston, UK and followed her studies by working on a graduate training scheme and then as a law enforcement officer. Sarah came to Japan in 2001 and has worked as an independent instructor, consultant and development coordinator. She is now an independent coach, facilitator and consultant. Sarah runs several charitable activities and joined the Board of REI in 2019.
