Following a degree in Biological Science, Tove spent a brief stint as a professional horse rider in the UK before moving to Japan to work in people development. She is Director and Co-Founder of sustainability transformation and leadership development consultancy Global Perspectives KK. Since 2017 Tove has been promoting REI through her work, with particular emphasis on resilience and highlighting what individuals and organisations can learn from the stories of success in projects funded by REI.
